They let me know the documentation I needed to bring. After the appointment I left with insurance at a reasonable price, in a very reasonable amount of time. When I added homeowners insurance I received a discount for having multiple policys even though the insurance was covered by a different insurance carrier. Also he helped expedite the process so I could meet a quick closing date on the home I purchased. Overall I have been very pleased with this agent.
